SHIPPING POLICY

We offer flat rate domestic shipping on all orders under $150 for just $9.99. Whether it's a driver, a set of irons, a couple dozen golf balls, or even a golf bag we will charge you just $9.99. All orders over $150 receive free shipping.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​
  • Returns must have a receipt and must be within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund

  • Refunds will be issued only to the method of payment from the sales receipt.

  • No refunds or exchanges on damaged equipment, gift cards, regripping services, or repair services.  Apparel must have the original tags accompanying them. Clubs purchased and played outside will be subject to valuation of trade values.

  • Items returned must be in the original packaging

  • Returns for warranty issues (broken shafts in the grip or at the hosel, cracked faces) must be handled through the club companies.  Therefore, we are happy to setup the Return Authorizations and take care of the shipping to and from the company. There will be a $15 handling fee when applicable.  

  • All returns not accompanied by a receipt or past the 30 day mark, will be issued store credit only.

  • Returns for used equipment must have a receipt and be within 7 days of the original purchase date and must be in the same condition as when purchased.  Changes in condition or returns beyond 7 days will be subject to a valuation of trade value based on condition.

  • Playability guarantee is as follows.  If you purchase a new driver and decide you do not like it within 30 days, Golf Headquarters will give you a 90% refund in the form of store credit.  To qualify for the playability guarantee there can be no damage to the club from misuse. Normal wear is acceptable, but any damage to the club will be assessed by our team and credit will be issued accordingly.
